Today was Jon Michael's testing for blue tab (he has a green belt with a blue tab, which means his next belt is all blue). Here's pictures from his testing.
This is what Jalyn does for the hour and a half during testing...McDonalds, toys, nintendo ds game, etc....
Sparring was done with their hands tied behind their backs..very fun to watch.

What a sweet gentle smile on her face while she takes him down!!! I love it! Is it ok to enjoy watching your son being wiped out by a little girl?!?! Maybe that'll keep him in line as he grows up!!!!!!

if you are that good at Taekwondo you should be able to read that! It means: great job and be gentle with the girls. Of course it does not mean that but it is true. Great job!

I heard Jonathan was going to be in town Monday. Skip school and make it a family trip.

I read Jon Michael your comment and he smiled so big when I was reminding him that Claire thinks she's their cousin! He likes to think that also, we need to get the "cousins" together and let them swim in a few weeks.
