Sometimes You Just Need A Good Laugh!!!

I've been wanting to post these pictures for awhile but this week I decided I really needed a good laugh....I thought some of you might also!

This is a card that Jon Michael got at his birthday party....I think it'll be a keeper...something I pull out when I need to forget myself and laugh it up.

What a Wonderful Dad!!!

My husband is a great dad! He does things for my boys that I would automatically say no to without even thinking. He totally understands the concept that they're boys and sometimes they need to do fun boy things.

"Camping in the living room!"

The tent is big enough for us all to sleep in OUTDOORS...not meant to be used indoors...in fact that was probably printed somewhere on a tag that started with the words, "IMPORTANT, CAUTION, OR SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS"...followed by instructions that said to not set the tent up in your living room....but whatever, who needs to read crazy instructions, when the boys want to have fun and camp inside!!!

Like I said, he's a great dad, he makes the boys smile and me too when I can stand back and watch the fun things he's doing with the boys that they are thoroughly enjoying.

Pick Your Battle...

For those of you that are parents....you know the saying, "You have to pick or choose your battles." with your kids?

This was one of those days! Jalyn was so excited he figured out how to wear his rockets "uniform" while wearing "warm" clothes!

Believe me I did try to get him to change the pants at least but I could tell it was going to become a battle so I let it go and right now he's in the front room playing and having a great time!

We'll see what happens when we go out in public later!
